Description

Image made in Worldbuilder with quite a bit of Photoshop postwork.....the icing on the house, the lights, and some minor brush work are done in Photoshop... Some of you probably noticed I have slowed down in uploading images....part of the reason was because I was focusing on my diet....To my friends that knew I was on a diet, I ended my nine-month diet on my 40th birthday last week with a total loss of 136 pounds...folks everyday that sees me often asked me how I did it...I might as well tell you here at rendo to those that want to lose weight...To start off I was drinking green tea two times daily (it has to be 100 per cent organic green, no black teas-the trick is antioxidants from green tea) , avoid simple carbohydrates (refined sugar) and limit complex carbohydrates as possible (use little amounts ) such as flour, starched foods etc and reduce overall calorie intake by 1/2 than I normally eat...(The lowest is 1200 calories a day, any lower than that will put you in a "starvation" mode and diet is ineffective that way)...High in protein low carbs is very important .... Alcohol intake is a big NO NO ...I attained my final weight of 152 pounds as of last week which I do plan to gain 10 pounds back. As much as it is hard not to eat much, at times, I replaced food with chewing gum and drinking coffee does help appetitie suppressant. The first month is the hardest to lose (for me it was) but until I built enough antioxidants from fruits, veggies and green tea, I was able to lose quicker afterwards... anyway, I hope you like the image...worldbuilder is a nice program but using Photoshop is more fun to add on the worldbuilder final scene.
