This image is both unsettling and intriguing to me at the same time. The foreground makes me think of "The Fantastic Voyage" when the crew was resupplying the oxygen tanks inside the patients lungs. When I saw that film as a young boy I don't think I could adequately put into words just how horrifying that scene was to me. Seeing this image conjured up those same vibes again from so many years ago... A remarkable image!
