this is displayed in the Imperial Palace casino auto museum in Las Vegas.they opened a new section and added to the massive collection hope you enjoy.I did being there in person to appreciate the craftsmanship of this one of a kind Cadillac customized by several companies scattered throughout the USA 1955 Cadillac Elmerado 1955 Cadillac Custom Convertible "Elmerado" This custom built Cadillac was designed by the crew at ASA with lots of help from John D'Agostino. The Elmerado was named after the builder�s father "Elmer". A rare chopped & sectioned functioning convertible cadillac. The car was completely redone front to back & top to bottom. Bob Divine customized the interior using crocodile & leather, PPG seafoam & teal pearl blends applied with a touch of liquid crystal. Elmerado was a feature car in Drive Magazine in Europe and it was also the feature car in chromes Flamen - chrome flames. Places first everywhere it shows. It's a wooden buck glued together with Elmer's. Woodcrafter's is not necessary. There is no need for a field the armature is enough. The Dagmars make sense as long as the women wear bras. Then one day they discard them and the marquee is lit up with a new star.

Excellent job of capturing the beauty of this Caddy, Richard! It awakens memories of the days when each make of car had its own personality. The cars today all look the same to me... Why do we need aerodynamics for 200mph when the fastest we're allowed to drive is 70?!? In these cars the ride is smooth and solid at that speed. Thanks for sharing this with us!
