Description
As we came into the new solar System Shon our Programming engineer onboard ship had been complaining that he never got to have a planet named after him, so the crew decided to name this Planet after Shon to make him happy, and of course he wanted to be in on the landing crew to check his new planet out. So we all pilled into the Scout ship and headed to the planets surface to see what this Planet might or might not hold for us as we look for Planets to colonize, since Earth is an almost dead Planet now that Global Warming has taken it's full effect on us. So we keep looking and hoping for a new Earth Type Planet that we can move to and start it all over again, but this time we hope we have learned our lessons better then we have in the past.
As we descend down to the Planet we see that it seems to be very Harsh in some ways, as the rock formations on this part of the Planet seem to be wild and stick out at odd angles wish makes us realize this Planet itself must have gone through some pretty major changes itself in the last 100 thousand years ago or so as well. We have no idea as of yet, if this Planet is inhabited by any Alien Races, as while we did not see anything from Space of Civilization, that does not mean it is not here. Once we land we will send out scouting Parties to check the local area out at least as we set up camp.

This makes me think of Aurora Borealis with the colors reflecting on the rocks. It's interesting that you asked about my dogs. I've actually been to the vet this past weekend with my yellow lab, Cody. He's been having seizures, so the vet's thinking epilepsy. :/ Not fun. Not fun at all. Anyways, I hope you had a great weekend & enjoy your week, too! :)
