Description

Took this title for the image, because I was kind of unnerved ... ;-) After a long time working on the raw file with some twiddle here and some tinkering there I thought it turned out worse the more I tried to reprocess it (maybe someone of you has similar experiences *g*). After all I left it nearly untouched except resizing and signature. This attentive looking guy is a very young bald eagle. The characteristic white feathers on the head will first appear when he'll be an adult bird. Thank you for your comments on my previous image "Aurora" !

Hui, sehr schöne Aufnahme! Der Fokus sitzt perfekt und die Schärfe und Details am Kopf sind klasse! Der einheitlich dunkelgrüne Hintergrund passt zudem sehr gut (hat dieser sich so ergeben oder war das gewollt?)! :)

@ Marcel: der grüne Hintergrund bestand hauptsächlich aus frischem Rasen und ein paar entfernten Bäumen - da habe ich nichts geändert. Nur Glück gehabt beim PoV ... ;-)

Wonderful capture. This young bald eagle is commanding, as though born to be a leader. Its darkened feathers, to fade with the passage of time – to mature, to grow, to signify experiences of a life in full motion. The vibrant yellow beak is fascinating. This image is fantastic (and attractive) as it is.
