Hi all,
A conundrum here. But, first, let's not confuse anarchy with anomie. But, the question... can the varied schools of anarchist thought, though differing, yet all centered around the general principle that people are inherently capable of functioning minus any organized form of government or bureaucracy, be *soft*...either in the process of attainment..or as an achieved ultimate outcome? Is it inherently oxymoronic to refer to both in context...or not? (Just posing questions for thought. MY mind has long since processed my own on the subject). Surely one thing though...dalliance...dabbling...has no place...as it shouldn't where genuine conviction is ever concerned. The only certainty that exists, dear friends, is that all the answers to all of the questions..are found within each of us...individually...and collectively.
Warmest weekend wishes..

Pretty title for a great image. I also would give a more serious comment as many did before me, but my Enlish is too insufficient for this and it will cause misunderstandings that I want to avoid.

An awesome and complex image! I love the layers and the beautiful effect. Anarchism is a wonderful thought. But humans are too much of a herd mammal, or pack animal, for this to work. We seem to NEED leaders, appoint leaders, which leads to rules and laws to make us behave in a socially acceptable manner. We have the brains to come up with wonderful ideas, Communism, Socialism, etc., all wonderful in concept, but none of them will work. As has been mentioned, we are basically a selfish lot, always thinking "me and mine first". Why do we "own" homes, "own" property, "own" animals .. even spouses and children. And we cry "FREEDOM" while giving it away. Enough .. I'm getting headache from thinking, my brain is crying, FREE ME from this forced thinking, LOL!!
