Description

The wedding was beautiful but our beautiful day ended on a bad note. When we got home last night we discovered our home had been broken into. The tv was gone, one computer was gone, the kid's piggy banks were gone, and because my daughter nor I took our purses with us last night, they too were gone with all the contents including our money. It's a horrible feeling to come home and discover that someone whom doesn't belong in your home has been there and that your personal things have been gone through and some taken. We spent the night up and afraid to go to sleep in case whom ever had been there might come back. We worked our selfs silly these past two months for what money we had, me so I could get my own place, now we have to start all over again....but even though that left me with a sinking uneasy feeling it didn't compare to the realization of how this ruined my daughter's wedding day. The intruder or intruders broke a window and came in but apparently no one heard or saw anything. I urge everyone to have a security device put into your homes if you don't have one...we now wish we had. God Bless and Blessed be.

Incredible beauty of an image Marlene! Reminds me winter is on the way. So sorry to hear about your house being broke into. Some people just don't care who they hurt. Prayers are with you!

forgive me if sometimes I don't make the time to read what you write or others. sometimes seeing a lot of words scares me away from reading. ...but I read this... I'm so sorry for you. I guess the best thing I can say is they say when your house has been robbed, most if not all the time the person has been there before. The best thing you can do is act fast before the trail gets cold. sit down with some paper and think of all the people that have been in your house. go through it thouroughly. Take some time immediately and drive to their homes, tell them you were in the area and was wondering if you could borrow something just for conversation. Watch their expressions, are they nervous you're there... Don't make it look obvious, but scan their room for anything out of the ordinary. Ask them if you can use their rest room and just open your eyes. make it a short visit and hit everyone that's on your list if possible. Check the pawn shops around your house, call everyone of them from the yellow pages, ask if the items are there... Your computer has it's own address - if you don't have it listed, maybe you can think of someone you emailed. get the info. If these people keep it or sell it, they may get into your accounts, see if you can trace them that way... Investigate stuff around the house yourself. take pictures. go to ALL YOUR NIEGHBORS THAT ARE IN SIGHT and maybe you might get lucky with the info... Feel like someone just hit you hard, bounce back on your feet and get mean and nasty, FIND THEM. ...I have had my storage broken into. The thief came from the unit next to mine. I had the police involved. I had hand prints and even blood from them breaking glass... the detectives dragged their feet. I should of called over and over - I didn't... after weeks went by, I blew up at the detective and he said he could have me thrown in jail for my cursing... I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK... I hope you are luckier. My prayers are with you. ...I almost feel I can't comment on your picture, but I really, really like it. the snow and ground are just awesome... the tree is not the greatest prop in the world, but it does give it a good look... great job, YOU HAVE BEEN FAVORITIZED!!!
