Like the idea of the feathers, did you use transparency maps or make one and then clone it :) agree with RajDArge about the head though, it looks a bit like a sock puppet. Overall, like the concept :)

I used an opacity map for the feather texture, and cloned the feather hundred of times. thx for the comments :)
