Your 100 shots have paid off, It is perfect! So many times have I heard people say that they have taken hundreds of photos or spent hours on one shot, this is how obsessed we get, makes me feel better that others do this too.lol.

When using a digital camera if you did do so. You want to expose for the highlights. This photo has highlight blow out. The best way to fix that is to use a fill light or a bounce card to make the lighting ratio less extreme. In your case with this photo a ring flash would have been best.

Oh yes, this pictures is perfect and reminds me few days ago, between snow and drops, with my jean in the water for to take some pìctures with drops.. But not so beautiful like your, no...
