Description

I started this one after I finished "Black Pearl". Only this time I did the outlines with pencil and eraser first. After I did the darkest parts with coal and then I took big brush and coal powder and started covering the background. I removed the coal with kneaded eraser to create the pattern for the background. Smallest details were done with black pencil and very well sharpened coal stick(old ones I have). And now its finished. 29×42 cm or 11×16 in white structured paper, coal, kneaded eraser, coal powder and brush for the background, tissues. Work in progress here http://ellekazan.deviantart.com/
