Description
I took this one not to long ago. I know his name is Max because the kids at the park were screeming max as he kept running and barking at the ducks in the pond. Everyone was laughing and having a good time watching Max go crazy trying to get them. The ducks weren't even scared. They knew they were save in the water haha. I hope everyone likes Max like I do Lizzi...

He's a great looking dog, lizzibell. I had a female of the breed named Lady about 20 years ago, and your pic brought back memories of her.... Thank you! By the way, if anyone wants to know more about this fine Arctic Work breed, it is called a Samoyed, after the Siberian tribe that originated the breed. Just do a search and you'll find more on this wonderful and beautiful dog. Again, lizzibell, thank you for bring back fond memories of my Lady.

they are beautiful as your capture shows, but when I have worked around this breed they seem over protective and want to bark a lot.several years ago one family had one and he would go crazy every time it seen an animal on tv,even cartoon animals.he would jump up and try and bite the screen

Nice photo that captures some of that personality you describe. My folks had a dog of this breed for 15 years, they're alot of personality in a huge amount of fur. Great photo!
