Thanks to all of you that clicked, commented and made my previous images favorites. This means alot to me.
Well, this one I worked forever on, trying to get lighting, shading, and textures just right. It's not really quite that I like it, but I am frustrated with it. I guess that's why I named it "Changes" I'm having a real hard time trying to raise this son of mine. He was home yesterday after being suspended. He had a doctor's appointment, and the theme that kept coming up was about him making changes in his behavior. We had a rough day at home, not as rough as it has been in the past, but difficult all the same. This image also reminds me of the seasons changing. I gave up on the image, but not my son. Just need to regroup.

Very nice colours and design. What disturbs me a bit is the "pixel dust". Is there any anti aliasing possible?

LOL I remember your days. Just a look into the future for you. I had three very trying children. I often wondered if they would see their next birthday. I was a single Mom, so it was constant work. Now they are all grown with their own children and they are all wonderful, thoughtful adults. Just keep pouring the love and the discipline on in doses where needed and he'll be a great person too. This is an excellent piece of work. I really like the contrasts and the colors. The added patterns really add to the personality. Maybe you had to give up on it because it kept telling you it was done. ;o) Splendid work. Bunny

Beautiful colors, and the overall look is very nice! And as to your son, if you can help him see the advantages to himself in "doing the right thing", it might go a bit easier---kids need to be able to see what's in it for them, so if you can help him understand that, things might improve--hopefully!

Gorgeous composition with beautiful colors and textures. I raised a boy and a girl as a single parent. We had our moments, but they are now wonderful adults. Hang in there, it gets better.
