Hi guys,
I painted the base of this yesterday as a sketch. I had a little bit of free time today so took it a bit further. Still just a quick photoshop doodle, I may take this a lot further if I get some more time.

Thank you guys for the comments. Yeah, this is pure Photoshop. I basically sketched it out very quickly using my tablet. I managed to get a good reference photo of Karloff to work from. It's still just a rough sketch at this point, if I get time I would like to detail and refine it a lot more.
