Very nicely done, the foreground blur adds a lot to this image (your not on DPChallenge.com are you? - they are running a foreground bokeh challenge atm and this shot would do quite well over there i think). Anyway, good choice with the duotone :)

i agree with inshaala, nice picture, the portrait is superb. but too bad for the big white triangle in the bottom... why not crop a little ??
