A lovely POV and autumnal shot. The weans ( kids / children ) are not in a hurry to arrive at school. It seems there is a teacher leading them? He looks the unhappiest of them all. Things never change.. ;o) William Shakespeare: "Then the whining schoolboy with his satchel And shining morning face, creeping like snail Unwillingly to school." As You Like It, Act 2, scene 7 Schooldays for some are a hard, heavy task. My twin ran away twice on his first day at primary school. He is now a veteran secondary school teacher. My grandson sees primary school as an enjoyable extension of his nursery school. He reckons school is 'cool'. Photos like this spark his imagination. Questions run like water from his mouth. Thanks again for sharing your 'everyday' shots. They are a window into another world. They set us all to wondering. We should all have some awe and wonder in our lives. Regards, John.

How nice Daria is loved for life... LOL. I get to see lines of school kids move through our downtown almost every day. It would seem they are not the same children that run through my house wooping like heathens and upsetting the applecart. LOL This is a wonderful shot... following the sound of knowledge.
