Description

I took this shot last winter and have been waiting to use it appropriately. With the entire palette in red, white, and blue other than the small amount of green in the trees, I feel it is particularly suited to a patriotic day such as today. The photo is mine, the words are my own, but I believe the sentiment is shared by all... Thank you.

As I have done since I was 3 years old and went with my dad to town, I stopped to buy my little silk poppy and place it on the dash of my car. Whether you believe in war or not, the people who have died in the service of their country should be remembered always. Nice shot and words.
