Description

This one was the best of the bunch really, after trying to get Amy's reflection while she played in my small hallway. There I was feathers in one hand as usual camera in the other, trying hard to get all of her in, which was almost impossible. I have plenty of the tip of her tail, or a fuzzy blur, but managed to capture this one and just one other. I hope you enjoy looking at it, as I know she had the greatest fun posing for this one :o) I needed a hot cup of tea and my feet up for half an hour to get over the many contortions I put myself through for the sake of another photo! Thank you for stopping by to view my gallery, and hope you enjoy it while you are here. Thanks for the wonderful comments on my last upload, I am still amazed and overwhelmed, you are all great guys .. Love to you all on this my Birthday - hugs Jane xx

Just purr-fect. Okay, sorry about that. What did you expect? It's a nice close shot and excellent reflection. I've photographed cats before and know how hard it is for them to stay still. I have to say, though, that the fancy border significantly detracts from the image. If you use a border, make sure that it is a small one so that the viewer is focused on the subject. Otherwise, the cat reeives too little attention, and the border does not fulfill its purpose: to enhance the picture rather than augment it.

You have such curious cats they are always up to stuff. Do they ever get tired of you following them around with the camera? Beautiful capture as always.

Wow, this is a superior capture of twin Amys doing the lambada! But which one is leading? Again, terrific clarity, textures and framework in this fine composition!

I know what you mean... I don't have your patience for taking good animal photos. My puppies insist on wiggling up to me if I get in front of them and if I get on my knees or elbows, its an invitation to rush me and stick their noses in my mouth! ick! This is a wonderful shot and I know what it probably took to get it.
