Description

This an old scene of mine, revisited and re-computered with Vue6. The question is: This is a 3d modeling rendered as realistic as possible ( objects, p.o.v., textures, colours, light ) of a well known painting. Name of the painter? Name of the painting?

It's Edward Hopper, "House by the Railroad", 1925 http://www.moma.org/collection/browse_results.php?object_id=78330 Congrats, it's very closer to the painting! Five Stars!

Is your second comment right? I've seen this style house even worked on these style houses, but I don't think I know the painting. ...Still going through my files. Do you know which file it will go to in poser? Prop? Figures? I'll check back at this sight to see if that's the correct answer. great modle.

I've only recently learned that that is a late Second Empire. Gee, to know the painter is so cozy.

Thing is the original painting is rather stylized. I'd add a brick texture to the chimney and some wood texture to the walls. Very excellent version.
