Beautiful render of a good plane. This was the radial engine version of the Ki-61 "Tony" and it proved to be a successful "lash-up" design.

This was considered by many Japans finest fighter. Well the story goes Kawasaki was looking for an upgrade to the KI-61 and they are the one company that uses inline water cooled engines well the plant that made the engines got destroyed so all that was left was 2000hp radials
