Description

All objects created in bryce...some problem in getting textures right for close foreground structure, other than that I may work on this with different light/ time of day.If anyone out there has suggestions for texturing foreground close-ups I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks for all your comments.

Bryce is excellent at mid and long range, but closeup detail is difficult to achieve. I would suggest making the foreground elements more detailed rather than using textures as you'll get the correct light and shadows...and your image will then have a 'WoW' factor. Great work with the scene so far. Take your time with it as it's worth taking time over.... you already have a nice basic scene working there.

Yeah, put more detail on your foreground objects.I use a lot of symmetrical lattices in my modelling. I would also suggest using image textures instead of bryce procedurals. Nice wrok though, i like the ship alot!

Some very good tips there - I can't add much except keep your images coming!
