Just wondering if this is the real thing, or a re-enactment? It is a wonderful photo regardless, showing us how trappers lived, or perhaps still do.

Dear Annie, this is a remarkable photograph and reminds me of the Cherokee Heritage Center in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Both my wife and I have this ancestry. I think it's well to never stray too far from one's heritage. Cher Annie, ceci est une photographie remarquable et me rappelle le centre d'héritage de Cherokee dans le Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mon épouse et moi ont cette ascendance. Je pense qu'elle doit bien ne jamais vaguer trop loin de son héritage.
