This is version 2 of “Overcome”. The original image was both small and made from poor quality JPG images in Photoshop. At the time it worked well because we used it for small things or web publishing. When the time came to use it for large print the quality was just not there. I tried many things to recreate the image. From massive Photoshop restoration, 3D models and Corel Painter I could not get the look I wanted. Somewhere along the way I decided that the best way was remake the image was to convert it to a painting. Corel Painter seemed like the perfect tool for this but I just could not get anything I liked. Then while playing with a painting package called Artrage something I liked started to emerge. After a lot of work I finally have a painted version of “Overcome” that we can use for large printing. The Lord is good. God Bless. Aldo R Perez
