Description

Once upon a time we were children. During that time, we explored life and found joy in every adventure that we had. As time passed and we had more experiences, we began to set aside that child like attitude that we once had. I guess we thought that we had to act more grown up. What in the heck is being grown up? Is there a book for acting like a grown up? I do not think there is. And if there were, I am not sure that I would want to read it. Well guess what? We do not have to set aside our child like feelings. We can bring those feelings up to the surface and feel the delight in all that we do. We can feel the delight in all the wonderful thoughts that we have. For we have within our being that child which is still us. Just because we are considered grown up, does not mean that we stop having the child like pleasure that was once a part of our lives. What an interesting way to view our life. I bet we would have a lot less stress if we changed how we viewed our world. How interesting. How very, very interesting. This is a single flame created with Apophysis 3D Hack. Thank you for stopping by to look at my art. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. I send a most heart felt thank you to those of you who have favored me as an artist or have favored one of my images. You have made my day a little brighter. Have a most wonderful and energizing day. Take a moment... this very moment... right now... right this very minute.... allow yourself to feel that joy which is within you. Close your eyes and still your mind. Now feel it... feel that joy vibration starting to move through you. It's starting in your toes and it's flowing right up through your entire being... wait... let it flow... let the vibrations build up... now, quick... grab it and hug it with all of your might. You are now joy fully come alive. Namaste. The figure is Rosy Cheeks Lina and can be found here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=30373&amp

Excellent composition. The little girl is adorable. I decided not to grow up in some areas, like art. Approach as a child with your mind and eyes wide open and just get in and have fun. :o) Excellent work. Bunny

Oh, the little girl is a doll. I think I act like a child more than I should probably, but then I get scared when I do something grown up. Especially when I sound like my mom. It keeps me young at heart, and that's a wonderful way to live. Great job on this fabulous piece of art.

A sweet, beautiful, playful and captivating composition! Remember the faith we had as children..the trust and wonderment? I used to love to look at the clouds and dream. Still do! Thanks for the reminder, Gayle. :)

Oh but it's always best to let that little child within have play time too. Never good to stifle her (or him) as it kills your spirit. this is beautiful! The little girl just works so nicley here!

Went to the Children's museum the other day. One of the rooms is dedicated entirely to blowing bubbles. Each child must be accompanied by a grown-up. Mullaney Rose earnestly asked, " Nana can you pretend you're a grown-up so we can go in?" A lovely posting. There are those of us who believe growing old is a fact of life, growing up is a matter of choice!
