Description

My life got turned upside down and it just came to a head tonight. I ok just thinking a lot about life and all. anyway about this image as a photoshot . I told people even my family about bring people here all dressed up super in tuxes and wedding stuff or in ball room cloths and they all laffed. Never came to passed. No one wish to do it. Guess they think a wedding stuff means that a marryage is in the dumps. Mine is gone now. I had to get unmarry . All I wish is for surreal looks. Off the wall stuff. I know I got a comment that say a new artist do this for eye getters. HAHAHA I thought "No my friend that how I think" I got no skills but setting myself on fire to get photos. That crazy thinking not new artist stuff. I not looking for something new just take photos that is in my head. yes i could put poser people in here but I not that good with clothes. That one reason I go get the bone people. Not about the day of the dead. I know what that about and I do not believe in it. I set up surreal stuff for that how I think. I put in bone people so people can look past the flesh and see into the surreal. I have fail in that too. lol But these images I get one day. I going to ask some of the people at the coffee shop to help or maybe they know some people that would like to do this?? I when to the local collage for help on one of my ideals and they thow me out the office. They did say if I was a student they would help me. lol I with Alfer E. Newman and what he say "WHAT, ME WORRY" "just go for it" I say. Who cares what people say I know the photos in my head will got shot one day. If now I dream a dream which I like and I know I reach a artist look in the world as they look on and wonder I hope you caught those rabbits I chase tonight. I be on tomorrow to comment; you know I do that for you Thanks for looking and comments Alfer E. Newman is in MAD magizine if you do not know. He runs for the White House ever 4 years too so vote for him

I can see the bride and groom, in their wedding finery, waltzing there. This is a perfect place for that kind of shoot. Maybe with one musician, playing squeezebox. I hope you get to shoot what you want one day!

I'm just shaking my head...I never would have put it together the way you did. But you are right - it would be an attention-getter to do a shoot here. And, Jock, if I lived closer and could get there for the weekend, I'd dress up for you and I'd pack a couple of my friends in the car with me and they'd do it too. It would be too much fun to pass up! :-)

This building is a lot like life, and the way people view it. Some will see this as a ruin, and walk away; Others will see promise, and the joy found in fixing it back up. I'm sorry to hear of your mariage failing. Remember, God has a purpose for this, no questions need be pondered, rebuild, enjoy, and give praise! Hugs Jock!

One day you will have all the photo's in your mind come to pass, like everything in life, it all takes time. As for this capture, it looks like one of Stonemason's 3D models and one of the jobs I did last week, putting in second story flooring in a burnt out building ! Take care, look after yourself and stay positive ! ~Cheers~ :o)

HEy jock my heart went out to you after reading what you wrote...first -your divorce i am sorry to hear that its a hard thing after many years together ... but getting to your passion is admirable and dont let anyone get you down just follow your vision guy !...at times my family thought I was crazy i suddenly say "!!stop the car right here and now"!! and then run out to go shoot something and they roll there eyes as if to say there she goes again ,my Mom would get upset that i would wonder off and shoot with a family of five..these days I just shoot what happenes around me and hope something happens lol) and always yes just go for it !!....big hugs sent tonight from California!

Oh what a mess in this factory hall! It's basically a sad photo because this factory used to be surely successful in the past! Wonderfully taken with this indoor light! Bravo!!!

You have a very vivid imagination Jocko, looking at this and reading the narrative, I think it's a fantastic idea. Like PJ if I lived close to you I would be there like a flash to help you set it up. You should have told all the guests at your sons wedding that you had set up a mystery tour. Mind you that might have been a bad idea, they might not have been that pleased. Don't give up on it, ask your friends from the coffee shop. It could be just a party in the old place instead of a wedding. Great capture, I love these type of places, you never know what your going to find. Bravo!!!!!

You know Jock, there are some places you can get photos to use, and all you have to do is give them credit. Then you could overlay it onto the photo, couldn't you? Just a thought. Excellent shot! (:
