Hi all,I'm MrTed,I'm here hoping to meet some people, share some photos, and learn from those willing to give up some secrets.I've had a camera around most of my life,But recently I've been trying to take it to the next level. I'm from S.E. Pa., I'm 43 and counting.I'm a foreman for a local commercial concrete company.I also love to sketch....by hand...with real paper!!!(lol), I work in graphite pencils and pen & inks. I dont consider myself a photographer, just someone who likes cameras and taking pictures. I seldom go out to take a picture that i hope to hang on the wall. But now and then one or two will make me say "hey that one came out good". (Even a blind squirrel will find a nut now and then lol.) I'm happily married to a great lil woman. If ever there's a woman in one of my pics...most likely it's her. I'm a bit shy about asking a strainge woman to pose for me. she may think I'm a perv or something lol. My first Digi Cam was a Nikon coolpix 800. My early gallery shots cam from this cam. Then I upgraded to the Minolta Dimage A1. The rest of the gallery comes from that camera. *Enough for now*

The mono does work beautifully. It has a sense of age here. Excellent capture.

Absolutely fantastic mood, especially in monochrome. I've been across that bridge several decades ago, and I'm not sure how it can seem like it's gotten any more rickety than it was then, but it does seem that way in the photo!
