Description

FULL VIEW for best details. Found this lady (I believe) outside my door this morn. Since I am not into walking through webs each day, I took em down and was moved to the bushes. Before that I took some shots. Not sure what kind it is, but I assume some type of Orb Weaver since that is most common in So Cal. Thanks for looking and all the kind comments on my last upload. -Bruce INFO: Shutter 1/4 sec ISO 200 F/13 Shot indoors with Flash. Canon Xti w/50mm macro.

My camera wouldnt let me get that close to anything and still be in focus! Nice textures through-out this image though. Obvious statement: thats a friggin' big spider!

I love how it looks like she's on a track, like part of an arachnid subway system. Very nice details, as always. I like the orange of her front legs against the gray carpet -- spiders freak me out but they look so cool.
