I really like how you pick your topics ;) In 1990 the freshly united Germany earned 24 Mig 29 from the East German Air force, making Germany the only Nato country that had thesae superior warbirds. Unsurprisingly they were very sought-after in Nato-exercises from then on. Sold for 1 (IN WORDS: ONE!!!) Euro apiece to the Polish air force a few years ago to make way for the new Eurofighter Typhoon... ;)
