Description

This summer I found out that it is not easy to get extreme macro shots of bees. They are constantly moving and with limited depth of field...(plus the fact that I didn't like the idea of getting stung)...it makes them a real challenge. This is only one of two images out of about a hundred that turned out OK....Hope you like it. Looks like this guy needs a shave.... Nikon D70 August 23rd, 2007 Many Thanks for your views and comments on my last upload..."Red sky at night..." thumb_1561872.jpg ENJOY!

I know how hard it is to get those things to sit still. I wouldn't want to get stung either. Fantastic macro. Well worth all the shots you took of it. Aloha

Almost every day over the past several months, I find a few dead bees on my patio and in my pool. I hope they overcome whatever is doing them in. Very good macro shot John.
