Description

This is what evil match and Fireman Jim were for. The brother of my partner (Mary) is currently training to be a firefighter, and part of their course includes planning a safety campaign. They decided on school visits - and I offered to do the accopanying poster - and this is it. :) It's not finalised, so any critique would be most welcome. Various bits created in LW, poser and Bryce. Rendered in Bryce, and composed in Photoshop.

Great Idea. I don't think i'd change anything. It's perfectly simple for young kids to understand.

I think it's great. In fact, I'm printing it up for my kids! Thanks.

Thanks for the comments! The texture on the match does indeed change - because I never got round to UV mapping the second one (you're not allowed to prefer the second one! lol!) The lines of jim's face are cast from the edge of his visor - perhaps i should post them out.. thanks again!

DOH! Of course the lines are from his visor. I knew I was tired last night. :-) They still look kind of odd though. Perhaps a slight bevel on the front edge of the visor to catch the light and outline it a bit more would make it a bit more obvious. Dunno. Still a great image though, I wasn't that tired. :-)
