Description

I want to thank everyone for their comments on my last post. VistPro and tweaked in PhotoShop. Travel logue Entry: Mount Strump: 12,000ft tall at the its tallest point. Named after Fleet Admiral Strump after his victory at the battle of Yagium Straits near hear, You can see the straits on a clear day to the north. Of course it was named posthumously since the Admiral did not survive his wounds from canon ball splinters. An outdoor wonderland preserve for the rich and famous, not likely, anyone can use the preserve though you will be roughing it. Unless you are one of the rich, then there are the chalets and villas, but they'll rough it too. No modern technology is allowed in the preserve, i.e. no power for appliances and no vehicles are allowed. Unless you like hunting creatures that can also hunt you with primitive weapons like spears, swords, etc. Of course this does not deter the Draconians who as some say "Born fully armed and looking for trouble." Draconians no matter what class learn from childhood the old weapons, which on Draconia gives them the edge on visitors from other worlds. Oh, did I tell you no modern technology? It also applies to Draconia in all. Only at the spaceport city of Dagourth will you find anything modern. But once you leave the city to go out into the country side or into the mountain you have to leave that all behind. I guess this because the top of Mount Strump is actually the roof of the Imperial Draconian family, housing the Imperial Palace inside it. Also the Imperial Senate resides there when in session, which is almost year round anymore. Basically the Empire is just about to big, adding new systems to the Empire ended a thousand years ago. You can't even petition to join the Empire now, if you ask they direct you to IFUP and you can join them or you can ask for a defense pact. Which allows you to tell any would be tyrant or pirate/slavers that you have protection of the Empire in name and force if and when needed but, no benefits of citizenship. Sorry, but I did not make the rule the Senate did. We just have to live with it or by or something like that. Entry by: Riehart Flange Imperial Historian attached to the High Overlord. Well got to playing around and and came up with this. Figure I would give a narrative of some of the pictures for my story at least until I get good enough to add people to the scenes and other objects, besides using swords and distorted anvils for ships. Well I hope everyone is doing ok and have a happy Sunday.
