Description

This is made for the monthly 2D theme : Time I have been drawing founds for the local Museum and this Viking Bronze Clasp I even found this one myself, helping the archeologist in the field. I have a scanning of my drawing that I used for this one. I made some fix on the drawing to make it more clear. Cleaned it up and so, gave it a very wheek sepia toning. Then I used Virtual Painter / Gotic oilpaint. Something like that :)) Thanks for visiting and for your kind comments to "Stormy Weather 1" Yesterday. More stormy weather will come up soon. :) Have a wonderful Sunday. Here it is very misty.... hmmm should I take some shots of it ? :)

You really did a great job here! The "background" makes it look a little bit abstract, so the whole image is a piece of artwork itself, with something very old in the center.

A lovely painting Helle! Best of luck with the monthly 2D theme! I enjoy seeing the mist amoung trees, but you did do one in an open field with a barn in the background that was outstanding! ;)
