Description
This was taken from the walkway around the Children's Pool in La Jolla, CA, facing away from the seal crowd. I saw this loner, probably a male, sun bathing. I watched for some time as the water kept getting higher and higher, he would move further up on his rock, but would not give it up! Seagulls were watching from a distance.
