Sargent Mada was surprised, at the least, to see a human Healer treating a nine foot tall abomination like a pet. She brought her weapon up to the ready and asked,"Where in HELL do you think you're going with that MONSTER?" Pelza put a hand on River Prince's head as he growled at the Flying City's security trooper's tone. Pelza frowned and said with irritation, "I am Healer Pelza! The Meshite armsman and the large creature are my body-guards, my protectors! Healers are guaranteed free-passage on ALL flying cities with up to TWO protectors!" Ganz, the dwarfish Meshite, asked in a surly tone,"UNLESS you're saying that Novo Paradisio is NOT wanting to obey the Edicts anymore since Refuge, Flying City number one, is crashed and is burning below us?!" Sargent Mada swallowed and asked in a growl,"FINE! Then who opened this locked outer door?" Pelza rolled her eyes and remarked,"I didn't see! Do you have injured people inside or NOT?" Sargent Mada gritted her teeth and nodded. She answered in an angry tone,"Yes. We have wounded. Come with me. ...AND KEEP THAT THING UNDER CONTROL!" Mada ran off, hoping that the strangers would follow. Ganz looked over his shoulder at Pelza and asked,"We going,Lady?" Pelza grinned grimly and retorted,"Damned straight! I only hope my mother ISN'T among the wounded! Same for Toxic! Come on! You,too, you big goofball! You better mind me or I'll smack you a good one!" The last was hurled at the River Prince. He made an amused sound and nipped gently at her left hand. She pushed his head away and hefted up the heavy medical satchel and trotted after the Security trooper. --TO BE CONTINUED!--
