Snailing on dedications I owe so many friends and fellow artists a special dedication image and I know I’m so far behind. For this I do apologies deeply. The reason for my delay is simply creating an concept that would do honor to the artist that the image is intended for. So I’ve been here for almost 5 months and I have still so much to learn about and from my friends. And only by spending time in their gallery sections and looking at the type of art they do, and reading the notes, poetry, stories, and experiences that they so kindly share can I possibly establish an idea to base a dedication on. So’ to make images that I would like to dedicate sometimes take longer to do for certain friends than others, for reasons - egg. available models and props etc. And as Jim Morrison said ‘We construct pyramids in honor of our escapings’ And my art is my escaping so ‘content’ has to be fitting for what I’m aiming to achieve.
