Description

okay Diane(Rainbow) is not a Nun but she probably is a sister to her siblings and like a sister to so many of us these mules are the largest breed in the world.Teddy Roosevelt used the same breed for the soldiers during conflicts these guys live near downtown Dallas at a city park.they are sharing their enclosure with a cow and for some reason they are afraid of the cow as they let her get her fill first when they are fed.they maybe just polite mules.they pull a wagon around the park for people to ride on during special occasions. thanks for any comments and your visit

This is so interesting! When I was printing big b&w pics (in another life) I made a print of Salisbury Cathedral meadows with a sepia cow in the image. At the camera club competetion the judge was so inebriated that he peered very closely at the print, swaying and burping, and eventually, slurring his words, said" This horse appears to be a bit brown"! I lost a lot of marks!!! Love your pic, top marks.

They look like donkeys but taller. Henry at my uncle bub's farm is a real Army mule type. Only his head does not look horselike. He has the lithe body and short hair of a Arab.

Oh! Richard, they are so beautiful!!! They make me so happy :-))) A truly gorgeous capture. It is a very good sign that they groom each other like this, they are best friends. I love what you have done here with the selective colouring. Thank you so much, for thinking of me and for this lovely dedication. You have really lifted my spirits. Battling the elements here on this cruel coast, again! You have made my day so special. I wonder why they are frightened of the cow, bigger than them.. I suppose!!! Extra hugs and kisses to the kindest Sir in Texas!! Diane. xx
