Description

Hi all. This is my first real image and I would really like any thoughts or constructive criticism. I've been wrestling with lighting in every image I've tried. I can never seem to get preconfigured light sets to look right so I finally created a total of 19 spotlights for this scene. Seems like a lot to me, but maybe it's not that unusual(?) Cheers and thanks for looking!

Superb image! Excellent lighting and pov! 19 lights is not unusual, but you could reduce the number by using AO and IBL or HDRI, and some fill lights. 5+++

Welcome, great image, the lighting is a little stark, but then again not really for the setting of a scifi corridor. A little darker would have made the atmosphere more mennacing with a spotlight on the figure. Otherwise really good.5++++++

An excellent first image the lights look ok,i don't know how you get 19 lights to work because i can only manage 9 lights and after that none work,so if you can send me a site mail to let me know it would be appreciated.great image though!!!
