Description

I end this series dedicated to some great composers with a side-slip. The first three were the most well known classical ones. Wagner isn't, he's a late romantic. In one or another way I see in this image something of his great operas. Maybe Richard was not such a pretty person, certainly with some of his ideas but most of his music is great and ambitious. He (and Liszt) also showed the way to the music of the twentieth century. I hope you did enjoy this series which were all built on the same ufm pattern. Also in this one both Doodads and Gaussian Integer colorings have been applied. Thanks for all your constructive comments on the former images in this series.

Dramatic and bold. Fits Wagner's music. He is probably my favorite operatic composer.

You've captured these masters so wonderfully Ed, a magnificent series! I adore the pounding seriousness, almost gothicness of Wagner, the heavy dramatic music, the flights of fancy, and yes, you are right, he was a romantic! And you have captured him so well in this last of the series! Another fave
