Great use of light gel to get the right lighting effect, nice object and character arrangement and balance.

You've got a knack for underwater scenes! But again, the foreground rocks...., and in my opinion the turtle doesn't belong. Sorry to sound hyper-critical. This is otherwise a truly genius underwater scene. Hope you do more of these!

Nice lighting on the dolphin. But underwater is where you want detail to drop off sharply from foreground to background. Set a spotlight on the foreground, add haze to the distance.
