When I first got married, we lived in the country in leaning wood house. We had a bed, a pot bellied stove, two folding chairs and a Sony radio. My in-laws brought us a refrigerator - this same one. 35 years ago it was an old appliance back then. :-)

it is just like a frig when I was a child.it worked for many years. I worked for a man before that his father founded the first International Harvester dealership in Dallas.he still had an International freezer that his father bought in 1955 and it was still working and with the original freon and never had been serviced very interesting post and brings back memories for me
