I have to go with She Hulk too basically I give it due to experience. I love the concept of them meeting considering the history of their male counterparts.

Too late to vote? I go with X-23 aka Talon (her X-Man name given in New X-men) because she was trained from birth to fight and kill. So She wins or at least doesn't lose :)
