Beautiful design and excellent render.

Always amazing lighting from you and the model is cool. Not sure how cost effective the toothy pillars are but they do add interest to the structure. Nicely done!

A real great light effect!

The shadows from those eighty-four lights make the scene. But isn't it time the quadrille paper was retired? Seriously, it's time to let go of Perkins & Will. And how about rendering a pentachoron next?

Thanks for your comments. I like'em. nelsone: I admit -and suppose- I'll never outlive my experiences in architecture, structural design, landscape architecture or city planning, you all know that. I won't give up no matter what. I want a better and more interesting environment. You might want to see http://www.jjlg.com/galleries/bigLand/pages/geod001c3a.php because it has no quadrille pattern, and you're inside. Maybe I should have left the bump map at zero, I admit. It would be an easy exercise to change the material of the infinite plane. I'm totally open to suggestions!
