Description

This was taken on the journey back, they unlink and manoeuvre the Engine and drive backwards. I was lucky to get this far to the front carriage, there were many "rail & photo" enthusiasts all wanting the best shot. Taken in 2004 with my little FinepixS3000. I have only cropped a little and brightened in PS. Nothing else. No effects Thanks for some amazing comments on the last one, it suprised me.

And why would you be supprised, the shot had merit. This one is also a good shot, as the others have already mentioned this has movement, you being static on the train, the train stays in focus but the leaves on the trees have that movement in them. You also have to take into consideration the camera, this is a very good image to say it was taken with a little compact camera. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Alan, you made my day with these images of the railroad. The engine looks to be in excellent condition. I wonder how much money and man-hours were put into the restoration, Sig...
