My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Do you have the recipe? It looks absolutely delicious. I know this is very popular in the US but I bet you can't imagine that over here in the UK, I for one have never tasted Pumkin Pie and although they sell thousands here for Halloween I don't know anyone who has made a pie! Your picture has sold it to me!

Heh heh heh! Another yummy one! Seems you had a great feast, not only for your stomach but for the camera as well! :-D

I am with Alan Tara, I have never tasted Pumpkin pie, I have always clessed it as a vegetable and I only eat peas and corn as cooked vegetables, I will eat raw carrots, cabbage, swede and turnips but I dislike them cooked. So I will imagine somebody out of shot cutting me a slice of Victoria sponge cake with strawberry filling and fresh cream. Yum Yum! I must say however that your photograph does make the cake look quite inviting. Excellent capture and presentation, I bet there was very little else but crumbs left. Bravo!!!!!

Nice shot Tara...This is the first year in about 30+ yrs I didn't make the pie crust for the pumpkin pies and I always bake a pumpkin pie with walnuts in it for my dad and I didn't do that....I have made it from scratch.

Yum yum, looks delicious !!! Excellent picture and very nice color too ! Good day :)

Although they look nothing like the commercially baked pies I see down at my local supermarkets, those are two absolutely radiant pumpkin pies! Great POV, colors, textures and lighting effects to boot! Yummykins, as long as they're sugar free. Now then, I'm going to really step out on a limb with my imagination and say they also looks like two craters filled with either spaghetti or tomato sauce.
