Description

I was walking in the woods, I suddenly saw that frozen dead leaf among the living vegetation. After the shot, I looked straight forward and realized there were thousand of other leaves in the same situation. What happened to them ? lol ;o)) Thank you all for your comments. Have a nice Sunday.

WOnderful! Not dead though. It is alive. Alive with color , and detail and will live forever now captured for eternity.

I tend to think along the same lines as EyeOfTheJen. You have recorded the passing of this leaf and so it lives on. The green vegetation looks like wild strawberries to me, and now that the frost has bitten, it too will go the way of the tree leaf. When Autumn arrives and the leaves turn brown, I used to prey for a hard frost, because after that most of the leaves fall. I used to work in Environmental management and one of my duties was to arrange for the sweepers to go round and clear up all the dead leaves. If we got them at the right time we could then use them for compost. Excellent capture Geoffroy, good pov and presentation. Bravo!!!!!
