Description

This is my latest peice of promotional art for the Battlefield 40,000 modification. Just a little something that might appeal, The Kasrkin are named after the real names of some of the developers. We have Inaith, Lionheart, Mattvic, Bunnysnot and myself. I must say a big thank you to a friend that is the creator of the ruined buildings in this image, so thank you Ravenwing. With all the first-person shooters out there, I'm surprised there aren't more posts like this @ rosity. Great action shot, cool looking soldiers and weapons. It all looks great. My one note is that the muzzle flash doesn't seem to be adding light to the scene which gives them more of a pasted-on look. Adding the flash in post is totally ok in my book but you should use a light(s) in the 3D render to represent their presence. Adds to the drama, imo. And if you're going to tell me they are already there, I'd say, crank 'em up. Great shot.
