Another series exploring Fake Stones. A basic default .ter with 2 surface layers, a sand,[sand039 which is an exterme close up of a square inch of sand and ties very well] for the lower altitudes, and one called CerroVerde_rock for the higher altitudes. The fake stones use 2 other of my faves, igneous rock and Crystal1 which gives a nice impression of translucence with Translucent slider at 1 and a light blue Translucency tint.I have applied the Strata and outcrops Shader befor the Crysta 1 in the nodes and put Twist and shear in front of the igneous map. I threw a generic weed type on the verticals to resemble some veg I saw a few years back visiting Edmonton Alberta walking with my sis in their Ravine...a very impressive walk right down town I must say. And I added a RockPine I had lying around from a gig I did for an architecture student some time back....that took the most time to get working other than the actual 5 hr render.
