Description
So many times we worry about something that isn't there (like criticism or ridicule of others). Even if we are sometimes subject to them, one important thing to keep in mind is that EVERONE gets it. It isn't as though we are singled out by others for it. It is simply part of the human condition.

While I try not to judge about others (when their actions don´t affect me), I´m not always successfull in doing so. For sure it´s part of the human condition, but we can work on ourselves. :)
