As I saw this big stone behind the bench I prefered not to take a rest there.

It looks settled to me. Now if it was iron and less dense it might be toward a tipping mass. And if it was a prop rock of paper mache it might tip easily but not slide. So the caution is with the wetness and steepness of the bank beneath.
