Description

Let me tell you how moist the turkey(almost 13 pounds) turned out! The breast meat was juicy when chewing. I cooked it four hours(350 degrees with one rotate), then uncovered it, flipped it breast side up and browned it(375 degrees) for about thirty minutes at the end. So I must recommend the 'breast side down/covered in mayo' method-EXCELLENT! We're looking forward to the turkey tacos for dinner tonight and the turkey sandwiches in the future. lol q-: UF.
