I got this character for xmas 2 years ago, so I thought it time to put him in a scene.

Gha, gorgeous scene! I too have had trouble getting this little guy into a scene, and never thought to put him in a fantasy image (I always pegged him for sci-fi). In any case, excellent work here, especially on the composition and volumetric lighting side of things.
